Sculpt with Sof-Sculpt with Sof is a fun, full body, high intensity workout class! We will incorporate weights, mobility, resistance training, and cardio to implement muscle growth and strength. All levels are welcome. This class is great if you’re looking to tone up and also get some personalized training in a group setting. See you in class!
