Learn how to work with kettlebells to get in a great strength training workout. This class will focus on functional, compound movements with load that are great for building muscle mass and bone density, plus generally looking and feeling your best. Build the strength to feel confident doing whatever else you are pursuing outside the gym! No experience working with kettlebells or exercising required. We will end each class with some high intensity work to get your heart rate up and leave you feeling those post-workout endorphins.
